Do any of the 57 units have 2 bathrooms or 1 and a half bathrooms (meaning two toilets)?

I know from personal experience that Unit 214 has 2 bedrooms and 1.25 bathrooms (1 full bathroom and one additional sink outside it). The second bedroom has two twin beds in it.

What is the smoking policy for this property?

No smoking..sorry..

Is there an elevator for access to the upper floors?

Yes there is!

Is there currently construction going on? Some of the rentals show chain link and construction equipment out the back sliders.

Are pets (a small dog) allowed in any unit?

It is up to the individual unit owners. The HOA only allows dogs under 40 pounds on the property.
